Efrain has lived in Donna his whole life. He built his business here, he raised his reputation here, and the future he cares about most is the one Donna's students are walking toward.
As the owner of Gomez 3 Construction LLC, he knows what it takes to build something that lasts: honest work, careful planning, and a team that trusts each other. He wants Donna ISD decisions made with that same care.

- When something is not working, name it, understand it, and fix it. No excuses and no passing the buck.

- Every decision should be measured by a simple question: does this open more doors for students, teachers, and the community?

- Students, teachers, families, and neighbors know what is happening in our schools. A board member's first job is to hear them.

Donna ISD's resources belong to the community. Efrain believes in careful planning, honest problem solving, and decisions made in the open, the same way he has run his business.
